How we started

Northgate Collective grew from conversations with local business owners and community groups facing similar challenges — too much time spent on admin, disconnected systems, and processes that had outgrown the way they worked.

We saw an opportunity to help. Not with expensive software or lengthy projects, but with practical improvements that make a real difference — often using tools that are free or already available.


How we work

We're straightforward. We explain things clearly, without jargon. We won't recommend things you don't need, and we'll be honest if we think you can resolve something yourself.

We start by understanding your situation before suggesting solutions. Sometimes the improvement is simple. Sometimes it requires more work. Either way, you'll know what to expect.
